The very first words are, "Now, here is some real stuff for you to think about." In a subsequent on-forum post wherein you and I were discussing this as well as other matters, I wrote that I find it interesting what you choose to believe I write is true and what you choose to believe I write is not true. I also described how you stalked me on the internet and should know, considering some of the personal information you posted about me on this board, that, among other things, I am an award winning fiction author. I am also a well established non-fiction author for more than 40 years as I began that career in highschool. That you erroneously couple unrelated facts further proves that you have reading comprehension issues and that you are easily distracted and manipulated. If you wish to discuss the Fair Use doctrine, then read up.

you're contradicting yourself. In the same post you claim that it's a real story and then that it's copyrighted fiction.

also, my legal council (Panda) informs me, that posting something in a not-for-profit way on an internet messageboard is perfectly fine, since it is not the same thing as publishing material through a mass media medium such as book, newspaper, TV...

I posted something genuine to you, much more than you deserve. That is what I promised you. I had hoped that even though we can never be friends again, that you could be persuaded to pull yourself out of this rut you've put yourself in. Since you are incapable of rising above this obsessed, intellectually limited, completely devoid of any fun at all person that you have become, I am returning to my policy of not recognizing you. I still don't intend to war with you. I still don't intend to team up against you with the people who keep asking me to - and, yes, it is more than just your shill Onyxoverdrive or even limited to people who post primarily at TK.

Dear, VKD.

First paragraph - the operative is if you believe it is fiction. Second paragraph - the operative is if you believe it is not fiction. Material does not have to be fiction in order to be copyrighted.
