That's exactly what leads me to suspect that if this thread were a film, the title would be "Crouching Ballsack, Hidden Wang." Plus, there's just something... off about 'em.

There's something off about me. A pic of me in drag should be posted in this thread, not these lovely ladies.
It’d be the same kind of “off” -ness. Something is weird about the proportions and shapes of their faces and facial features individually that just goes, “It’s a faaaaaaaaaake!”

This is my favorite kind of 'orgasm horror story' -- although she's actually a she, as in legitimately female rather than a cross-dresser, the horror story is her orgasm, which would result in manslaughter (or full-on homicide if she crushed a guy to death on purpose, who knows?)
