If it is your board, then you have the power to do so yourself...of course, that would make you as bad as EI supposedly is, banning a member for 'no good reason'...in which case, I would thank you as I have no wish to associate with such a hypocrite.

So go right ahead and prove TK is no more a 'bastion of freedom' than anywhere else...or shut up. Because I am not leaving voluntarily.

Funny, I wasn't aware everyone on TK were hypocrites...I know some are emotionally immature, insensitive, borderline autistic sociopaths (at least from their online behavior), but hypocritical? No...now, if (for example) everyone who posted in this thread were actually polite, respectful posters over at EI....then I might buy the argument. But the behavior here is pretty much what has come to be expected, so I don't see any hypocrisy...

I hardyl ever bother with EI, but I've never been anything other than that. You seem to be tarring that brush in ready at the moment.

And since no one here are claiming those pictures are theirs and are more than happy to tell the world they are yours, there is nothing you can do about it. If you didn't want people seeing those pictures, you shouldn't have put them on the internet.
 
I wanted them seen....be hard for those I wanted to show them to to see them if I didn't. But seeing and copying are two different things. I took them off; the original links don't work. So I accomplished what I wanted in that regard. But there are copies out there that are being displayed without my permission...and you cannot tell me that the site I originally used has a section in their terms of use that says 'pics may be copied and used by anyone for anything without any permission whatsoever.' They might not have had software to prevent it, but the permission was in no way implied.

Therefore, my property is being used without my permission...and that is theft, at best. THAT is my only beef here.

Say what you like about anyone...I could care less. But don't use MY stuff to do it.

You want me gone? Get CU to lose the pics, permanently. They pop up again, so will I...

I saw an episode of Judge Judy, not too long ago, where this guy was all pissed off because a woman took his picture off of Facebook...a private website limited to its members...and put it on her site as an example of why certain black men and the way they dress are unappealing.

Judy told him unless there was a clear case of libel or profiteering, there was nothing he could do about it.

Yours wasn't even in a limited access site. So guess what you can do about it..that's right..nothing.
