I'm baaaaaaaack!

Yeah, the Mets lost, but the Phillies lost 6 in a row before yesterday. And they play the Yankees tonight. Ugh.

Didn't win money, but I only lost about $150, since I didn't gamble all that much. Didn't get any lapdances, nor did I give any. Hookers? Um, no thanks, I'll not be playing Russian Roulette with my dick anytime soon. Besides, let's just say I didn't need the services of a hooker...and that's all I'm sayin' about that! :twisted:

As for what I did? Enjoyed the suite, drove the strip, made a trip to Cali real quick, and check out my "Hart & Huntington" threat in the Tea Room to see what else I did. :)

All in all, a GREAT trip, I'm already planning on going back next March or April.
 
I can't wait to go back. I'm addicted. Next time, I'll stay at The Palms so I can stumble out of bed, put my name in at Hart & Huntington, and sleep the day away until it's time to get more ink. Gotta get back there in March or April when it's not so damned hot. Gonna play golf this time too. Yeah, that's the ticket!

There's a lot of other trips I'd like to take to places I haven't been before, but DAMN I could hop on a plane to Vegas on a moment's notice these days...

Haven't stayed at the Palms or Bellagio yet, they didn't have cheapo deals when I was looking. At this point I'll take any place on the strip with a deal, even if I've stayed there before...

What do you consider a deal? Not to pry or anything! The Palms isn't really on the Strip, it's a bit away, so a room that's comparable to the Bellagio is like $50-$75 less a night. And I've heard that Mandalay Bay, being at the end of the strip, is pretty reasonable. OH! And I just read an article in the magazine they give you in the hotel that said the Monte Carlo has a special "Concierge Floor". For $50 extra per night, you get access to the Penthouse-level VIP club. I might stay there next time, unless it's the Palms.

To be honest, the Bellagio is very expensive, and you're mostly paying for the view. For my Thursday night stay, I paid an outrageous $425 for a 700 sf room. I won't even tell you what I paid for Friday night and Saturday night. I'm kinda over paying that much for a room just for the view though.
 
Yeah, I've gotten pretty good deals from the MGM, Monte Carlo, Mandalay Bay and Aladdin (soon to be Planet Hollywood). I get mailers from the Monte Carlo all the time, they are good little whores because they know their place isn't as exciting as most of the others. I like to try a different resort each time, and grab the best deal from the ones I haven't stayed at. The Palms and Bellagio seldom come close, and I usually rule out the Palms for being off-strip too.

I might just go back to Monte Carlo this time for the deal, and make my fun elsewhere. Depends on what I can scrounge up from the websites I belong to that track these things...

What websites?!??! Make with the info, please! I'm definitely going back in April of 2007 (maybe sooner) so any deals I can make would be faaaaabulous!!
