Even if it does it doesn't really matter because if you reset the phone Apple has no way of knowing if it used to be Jailbroken or not.
 
i guess the most accurate term for jailbreaking would be "modding". hacking implies an intent to manipulate another's data, cause havok, steal information, etc. i'm just making it so that have root access on my own device.
