If you also require an explanation, this thread is appropriate in and keeping with the spirit of The Godforsaken Hell Holes Forum. "Share your horror stories and experiences from other, less open-minded BBS's..." Not too long ago, a person with dual membership on TK and EI was suspended from EI for using "pornographic punctuation" on that message board. There has been some discussion on what makes punctuation pornographic. Example: to some, &^ looks like a man urinating. To others, &^ looks like a snowman fishing. To me, it mostly looks like a random pairing or stringing together of out-of-context markers with non-sensical meaning other than those assigned to it by the persons doing the coupling and stringing. However, as I consider war to be pornographic, having a punctuation war expresses my view on deeming tools used to organize written expression as pornographic.
