Yep a member driven board is a nightmare for staff. Look at TK. We can't sell Staff positions around here. But you know what, it's BETTER THAN THE ALTERNATIVE!!!!

Makes me wonder what really is going on in the SL now more than ever. I never did believe the WD's saying there is nothing going on, just tumbleweed rolling by. Good staff members leaving tells otherwise.

I am.

Although I do try to learn from mistakes, including my own. Our "don't talk smack" in the BR is a direct result of the debacle at Slipstream.

I prefer to make unique mistakes, not redo old ones, mine or others. :mrgreen:
