This provision seems to contradict itself. Plus, a thread posted at Midnight PST and ending at 9:00 PST is less than 48 hrs. If we're going by EST, the voting ended at 3:03 EST. Copying to Conchaga's thread.
 
My question is always who is behind the lawyers? Who deals in the shades of grey?

I deal with this in my new book Law makers and Devils which does not explore any of the previous plots (or plot) that I have explored before.
