Yeah, although he looked more and more unwell every month, it was hard to believe he'd ever be gone.

And no matter how many times I hear that his maps of the moon were used by NASA I still find it difficult to absorb. If he'd never done anything else in his life that would have been an incredible legacy.

that was something I hadn't known about him...sorry to think such a smart guy with so much humour and curiousity about the world couldn't share that with his own kids...but glad he shared it with us.
