I agree. I love What Are You Waiting For. I actually briefly met her years and years ago when she performed with No Doubt at the Party in the Park gig in Brighton, I had a backstage pass to that gig that I was lucky enough to procure. She gave a whole bunch of us T-Shirts. Can't remember what year that was, must have been '97 or '98.

I still don't find her the slighest bit sexy.
