So what did YOU get for Christmas?

From my step-son I got an Eagles Huddler...AKA A Snuggie. It's a wonderful and perfect gift because I am always cold. BDM thought twice about getting it but them observed how buried in blankets I am at night and decided it was, in fact, the perfect gift.

My step-son also made BDM and I the CUTEST ornament with his sweet little picture on it. My favorite gift, needless to say.

My Honey Bear bought me a new laptop. which is AWESOME for the obvious reasons and also because all I asked for was a netbook and didn't expect to get that for a couple more months.

My parents only stuff our stockings, no gifts for the grown up kids but in my stocking I got new slippers and my favorite candies...I help my mom shop every year so I ALWAYS know what I'm getting.

My wonderful in-laws gave us cash so we bought assloads of new stuff for our new house and it was so great!! I loved shopping the day after Christmas, not too crowded and deals galore!!

Aside from crying because my step-son was with his mom this Christmas it was pretty pleasant. I had a good day.

Oh how sweet, your step son must be 10 or 11 now. Tell us hon, is he looking at you funny yet or is he a fag like his dad..
 
I was appreciative, but a bit disappointed. My parents gave me a tripod for my camera, but I already own one which is lighter and more portable, so their one will be going back to the shop. I got a couple of other things which I already had from other people, so the only really good things were the Star Trek art book and a CD (Mumford and Sons). Oh and some alc-y-hol. :)
 
I HATE getting Christmas gifts. Seriously, I hate it when people make a fuss over me, or buy me stuff. I buy enough crap for myself throughought the year, so I don't need a special day for getting more stuff.

My Mom and Dad have the right idea, they send cash, so I can put it in savings, or pay some bills.
