Come on. The guy has never touched another human being never mind tied one up. He simply posted the most extreme crap he could find in order to torture Mrs. A who didn't want anything to do with him after he interrogated her on her sexual practices. He was kicked out of chat for 30 seconds and threw a huge fit.
If it was just a troll, it was pretty effective given the reaction, but I don't think it was one with him, thus dropping him into a creepy zone. If he behaves, in time people won't care as much. Mostly, anyway.
