I haven't caught up with the last two Spider-Man reboots but this looks OK!

This looks pretty decent. Maybe a bit too standard a Marvel film, though. I don't know about anyone else, but unless it's something unusual like Guardians of the Galaxy then I'm not overly excited anymore.

The interesting angle to this version is that Peter Parker is actually a kid, played by an actual kid for once.

And because the kid is an acrobat and a former Billy Elliot, he does more of his own stunts than most previous Spideys.
