I think they ACTUALLY actually shook the whole bridge in one or two of the movies. Probably Generations and JJ's ones.
 
Yeah, one of the few times that the interiors were lit by whatever cool looking thing was outside. I guess it took too long to set up when filming the show. I still quite enjoy watching Generations just because it looks so nice (but then Lursa and Betor show up and I groan because I'd somehow forgotten they were in it) (and then Picard's Marks and Spencer's Christmas advert with new and improved recipe René and the cringe inducing use of the word "papa").
 
That would have been better if it was a girl saying it, and she was called Nichole.

They had to cut a bunch of scenes from generations because they started filming with hideous new uniforms that noone liked, so after a few days they binned them, and started over with DS9 uniforms and old TNG uniforms, most of Geordie's torture scenes were cut, including Soran putting borg probes in his heart, although we still got the punchline from the scene we never saw.

His heart just wasn't in it.
 
And the scene where Geordi points out that Spot actually died in the crash and Data was just imagining he imrobably survived because Data couldn't cope with reality.

That's two deaths in the TNG/DS9 visual effects team in the last couple of weeks. Really sad, and quite shocking considering how young they were.
