Well... I only listened to the first five minutes or so then I decided that was enough. He did stumble a few times and it was obvious he was reading from a cue card, and it was obvious the card was a little too big and/or too close. That gave him a zonked look.

Without talking with his hands, Bush was more like a zombie - wheeled in in front of the teleprompter. Nothing he said hadn't been reported and debated in the news all day anyways. It's come a long way & took him too many years to admit that he is now fighting NOT for the country of Iraq, but for the streets of Baghdad. That's not a strategy, that's desparation.
