Suspended at EI for punctuation

I mentioned this in the "Fuck Shal" thread, but it deserves its own thread.

A strict interpretation of rules like that is not a road the staff there want to take. Above and beyond people like DS, GTC, RobL, and myself...there are some pretty expressive people there who say some controversial things.
 
Darth, Darth, Darth .... what kind of expressive punctuation did you use? This curious mind wants to know how periods, exclamation points, commas, semicolons, colons, open quotes, close quotes, and question marks can become pornographic!

Guess I better just keep my mouth shut over there. With my luck, i'd get suspended on my first real post.
 
you may say it is lame beyond belief coyoteugly, but do you honestly expect us to believe what you said over there? that you had no idea what was being insinuated? i don't think so.

a) What you think doesn't matter.
b) You speak only for yourself, not for others, so fuck that "us" shit.
c) Yup. Dead serious.
 
Okay - after looking at it for a bit, and being told what it means, I can see how the }( could be taken as a sexually threatening remark.

Why weren't you asked to edit that out then? I mean, somebody could have fixated on that symbolism and worked themselves up into a lather.

b) yes, that is why I started the sentences with my opinion with 'i'.
you however, posted on a forum to multiple people, therefore necessitating the use of an 'us' you are trying to convince. however not being an exisler, you're right, i should have used the 'them' form.
c) hah. i don't believe it.
 
Somebody should go through Drew and G1981's posts and compile a list of all of their violations. ;)
