As long as a member has A51 access they have input into the running of the board.

Only a few days ago there were many complaints about the Observers apparently not doing their job properly, that being to give input into discussions in the Shelter as they happened to get wider input. Now you are saying that they should be kicked out for making statements in the Shelter that weren't followed?

Here's an idea: Give a few read-only, anonymous accounts access to read what goes on in A51. Only Elwood would know their identities.

It's not so much relevant now the system is being overhauled, but I don't see how you can consider a setup where more people had input into decisions as being a bad thing given how much people love to complain about the impossible to define and likely non existant "eliteforge"
