I dont know what kind of spells they've been casting over there, but its snowing like crazy outside right now.

One minute its 60 degress outside, they start chanting some sort of ancient ritual with sparks popping out of their front window.. then overnight the weather changes from 60 degrees to 32. Coincidence...I think not!

Depends upon the magic. For some kinds you orient to top of the pentagram due north - for others various points according to the time of year.

As for the goat spleens - I dunno. I get them from this Greek dude who runs a gyros stand.
