These guys are so cute! They are everywhere. But do not feed them!

The deer were hanging outside my cabin tonight. I saw 6 of them. Actually they were hanging out on campus all day. It was kind of neat. The birds up here are really colorful and amazing.

Wow, it's really beautiful there.

It is. I want to show you the pictures of when there was snow, I think it is even more beautiful then. But it is also kind of weird at times. Last week I was in the city, driving to work everyday. And now I am in this little town in the mountains, walking to work in the dirt.

We get deer here but not the amazing mountain views!

Train a chipmunk to be your servant.
I will try! i want to see your deer! (I guess they all look the same)
Don't fall in the lake or the sand box!
Okay!

Mirah, tell me if you see a beaver or a ladybug.

I have not seen a beaver, but "beavers" did come up in dinner conversation.

AND I have not seen a lady bug, but one of the children had an umbrella that looked like a ladybug!

Today we had thunder and lightening, Yesterday the military did a fly by and it sounded like the mountain was falling down.

Never heard it called lightening before, but I love that turn of phrase to be honest.

Well I have lots of deer bum pictures as I usually am taking a picture as they are walking away!

And Dr Dave, I should clarify, it was 2 ladybugs I have seen, not beavers. : ( LOL
