Good episode. End bit was sad of course.

It was a really good series all in all. And I'm not even a child (technically)!

And the story goes on...forever.
 
I can't believe they did a cock joke on the Sarah Jane Adventures.

That was sad. I mean that would've been a pretty good episode if it was just in the middle of a series, but as a last ever episode... that was sad.

Based on Apple's rejected plans for Steve Jobs dying?

I'm saving the final episode for tomorrow but the sight of CLYNI looking all smart and sexy in the trailer makes it difficult. I hope we see them (the actors) in loads of other things and not just a very rare bit part where they play minor criminals or something (like Luke did in The Bill, which was coincidentally cancelled shortly after due to a falling level of quality). They're nice.

Despite the new girl, the characters all worked together really well, so it makes you wonder how much longer the series could've gone on. I could imagine there would've been at least one more season, with it finishing for good with CLYNI going off to uni/becoming a comic book artist in LA and the girl helping Sarah Jane as a pair.
