How does the TV pass thing work?
I just spent $85 dollars for the year long Prime membership. I don't buy much off of Amazon so it isn't saving me money there. And, so far, the movies I'd watch that are included in the Prime membership I already get on Netflix or HuluPlus.

You don't need to be a prime member to order season passes as far as I know. If you order the episodes individually, they're $1.99. With a season pass, they're $1.89 per episode.

Prime members get free shipping on prime items (gotta keep your eyes open, different vendors are on the list), free Android app of the day, Prime streaming video, lending library for kindle... there might be a few more in there. I've saved just on the shipping.

Why is it so hard for people to understand that if you don't have cable or satellite, you don't get certain TV stations? It's not rocket surgery.

I'll probably go that route then. It would still be far cheaper than getting cable or satellite TV and I'd get only what I want and not a bunch of what I don't.

In the meantime, the entire second season is being played episode for episode on AMC currently
