I went and bought a grow light this afternoon.
So far the basil is OK. parsley looks skimpy, but better than the thyme.
I used just a little bit of rosemary in the mushroom risotto I made last night. It was great, brought out the earthiness of the oyster mushrooms, which are usually a little on the subtle side.
 
You make your own risotto?! Nice!
See, I'm too impatient a cook for that..but I sure like it when others make it.
