Why does Jo Brand always sit next to Alan when she's on?
 
Sarah Pacoe is a good token woman as she tries to say interesting things rather than acting dumb (though she didn't say much tonight.) Rev Richard Coles is always good. Bill Bailey didn't go into "make stupid noises" mode. Alan did twat around with the camera, of course. But good episode on the whole.
 
It's the return of the unfunny, pointless Australian!
 
They just do that to pander to the big following they have in Australia, but Aussies are more than familiar enough with British celebs (they'll have seen them on previous QI episodes if nothing else...) that they don't need their own unfunny cast offs showing up.

My complaint is that I haven't seen any episodes since Series 'G'. Damn you Brits for having such awesome television!!
 
We're up to series L now so yeah that's quite far behind!
 
How is it that I can get a Japanese station without any subtitles that I have to pay extra for, but I can't get the BBC? That's bollocks!!
 
Alan seemed to be trying to set a world record for most "funny" voices in an episode of QI tonight.
 
This series has been pretty poor. The Podcast by the QI Elves is pretty good though.

I might listen to that! There's a team of QI Elves on Only Connect and they seem a likable bunch.
 
The Christmas one (with Carrie Fisher) was a bit better than usual.
 
She is a lot harder to have a wank to now.
