Trolling Youtube

A voice synth with a British accent?

Accents can be English, Scottish, Welsh or Irish, plus all the numerous dialects that exist within.

To be honest, there is no such thing as a British accent. It is akin to me saying "South American accent", or "European accent". It is lumping far too many cultural & vocal differences into one, for convenience alone.

The slightly well spoken English accent in the synth on the vids makes it even more annoying if you are pro either subject. We kind have that effect when it comes to speaking down on a topic.

I absolutely love this, the trick is to have an in depth knowledge of a subject - then rip it to shit. The best trolls are from within.

This inherently invalidates the so-called criticism, because it's kind of obvious that someone who bothered to watch dozens of cartoon episodes and knows everything about the series is not genuine in categorically considering it a failure, or else he/she would not have bothered watching it in the first place.

Star Trek sucks, I hate this show and I think it's for losers. I especially hated episode 223 when Zork told Xargon : "Humans ? I have meticulously overseen your rampant autophagia spanning across centuries of blood spilling in the name of such primitive concepts as "religion", "causes", and "nations" ". I found it to be a blatant imitation of Battle Star Galactica (another show that I hate), episode 464, when Xirgu tells the alien robot : "We have been present on your planet for centuries, and for centuries, we were the very air that you breathed, the very bread that you ate, and the the gods that you worshiped. We were always fascinated by your willingness to kill one another because of "beliefs" that WE fabricated for you". Note that this contradicts Episode 242 which revealed that the Alien robot discovered Planet Earth by mistake in year 2956.

How do I know all these details about a show that I hate, I do not know.

So all negative criticism is full of shit if the critic bothers to experience the entire work? You're setting yourself up for a catch-22, here.

I take it you aren't familiar with the TBBS poster known as Stewey. ;)

While extremely negative criticism might be understandable when it comes to a book or movie it's extremely hypocritical when it concerns someone who watched 3005030403 episodes of something that he/she qualifies as utter shit.

Note that this is not about Messenger's stupid youtube vids that I found quite entertaining, it's about the "trolling from within" thing, and the more general attitude of slamming works you dedicate dozens/hundreds of hours for.

Most of the times it's too obvious, as for the vid itself, good for him the idiots who replied to his video didn't notice it. :D

No, but I'm familiar with you. I have read a handful of severely retarded posts written by you, Tamar Garish and Jillian Bacardi, among others. Seriously, you guys (?) should take the internet less seriously, for your own good.
