Weak chin? I think it's illusion. A nose that extends beyond the chin does not always indicate weakness. Note that his lower lip is distinctly separated from his chin, which is usually not the case with weak chins. Also the illusion of a vanishing chin isn't helped by the slight swelling of his neck - this often happens with older men who don't watch their eating habits.
Now, if you really wanted to insult him, you might rather pick on his hair. "Hey, you remind me of William Shatner when he started to go vain."
