Wynter scores 30 to lift Drexel over UNC-Wilmington 71-66
Camren Wynter had 30 points as Drexel narrowly defeated UNC Wilmington 71-66 on Monday night. Zach Walton had 14 points for Drexel (8-7, 1-1 Colonial Athletic Association). James Butler added 11 rebounds.

Marten Linssen had 15 points for the Seahawks (5-10, 0-2), whose losing streak stretched to seven games. Mike Okauru added 14 points, six rebounds and six steals. Shykeim Phillips had 12 points and three blocks. Jaylen Sims, whose 14 points per game entering the contest led the Seahawks, shot only 14 percent for the game (1 of 7). Drexel plays Delaware at home on Friday. UNC Wilmington takes on James Madison at home on Thursday.

Okauru sparks UNC Wilmington past Northeastern in OT, 76-74
Mike Okauru forced overtime with a late dunk in regulation, then scored at the basket and added two free throws in the final 25 seconds of overtime to allow UNC Wilmington to get past Northeastern 76-74 and its first win in eight Colonial Athletic Association starts on Saturday night. Tolefree finished with 17 points for Wilmington (6-15, 1-7) and Okauru added 16 points, 10 rebounds and six assists and Shykeim Phillips added 14 points. Roland finished with 38 points to lead Northeastern (10-9, 4-3). Tyson Walker contributed 17 points.

UNC Wilmington goes toe-to-toe with Charleston in 71-70 win

UNC Wilmington (7-15, 2-7) regrouped when Martin Linssen made a layup, and Sims made two free throws with 36 seconds remaining for a 65-64 lead. Sims made two of his next four free throws for a 67-64 advantage. Zep Jesper scored a layup and the Cougars were within one. Jesper fouled Gadsen, who made a pair of free throws, and the Seahawks led 69-66. Galloway made 1 of 2, Gadsen made a pair and Grant Riller buried a 3 for Charleston (12-9, 6-3) to bring the Cougars within 71-70 with four seconds left but ran out of time. Riller led the Cougars with 16 points and Sam Miller grabbed a career-high 15 rebounds.
