I rather sleep with someone under a blanket. 30 on top of us would be a bit heavy 
(sorry, couldn't resist. Lame joke, I know, but it's my annual fit of silliness)
Young men (or women as the case may be) can be a nice change for a while, but in the long run someone mature offers infinitely more pleasure. I'd even consider 30+ a bit young. 40-ish would be more my line. But I guess what you prefer also depends a bit of your own age.
