It's where one of the protagonists is imprisoned against his will in a nursing home.
 
I bet they change that for the movie, as I don't remember bumping into Hugh Grant recently.
 
And you'd remember that because of all the bumbling and stuttered apologies you'd get from him.
 
They could have filmed someplace else and just said it was Hull.
