Wacky Reviews: Things He's Watched On Netflix

So I heard that "The 6 triple 8" is really good. It looks really good. I'll watch it.
But I needed something more light hearted so I am watching Ted Danson in "Man on the Inside"
and I am enjoying it.

I'm reviewing "Carry-On"
It has Jason Bateman whom I always enjoy watching, but not in this its too dark, even for him. Its like his character in Ozark but 100 X more evil.

It got good reviews and it got bad reviews. Judge for yourself.

I watched Ozark last year and this year and forgot to review it. Just google "typical Ozark review" and that's probably what I would have said.

I am watching "No Good Deed"

Lisa Kudrow and many others
Ray Romano
My favorite Linda Cardellini who is suddenly annoying to me because she reminds me of this woman I want to fuck but is also a manipulative bitch
Luke Wilson
Dennis Leary
The delicious Matt Rogers
Poppy Liu
O-T Fagbele
And the beautiful Teyonah Parris
Abbi Jacobson

This has a "Dead to Me" vibe but maybe with more comedy, but then dark, and then uncomfortable parts if you are me. Your basic murder happened, it might happen again, neighborhood watch dogs etc etc

I actually enjoyed "No Good Deed"

I have also started watching "Missing You"

Seems to be quite similar to Crossing Jordan.....Police Officer's parent is dead, they have relationship problems, her boss puts her on leave.....one parent is still alive. There are lies in the family, etc etc etc.

I am tired of shows about liars based loosely on true stories. I am watching Apple Cider Vinegar about a girl who claimed she had a brain tumor and cured it naturally. Its like that Movie about that Anna girl who claimed she was rich.

But now I see I was watching "Missing You" and I don't think I finished it.

I started watching Apple Cider Vinegar just because Kaitlyn Dever's in it (well, and Alycia Debnam-Carey.) First episode was fine but I feel like I already know the whole story so it'll probably sit on my "continue watching" list for a year now.

Oh, I almost forgot why I came into this thread. I am about to watch "THE MENU"
Shocking surprises await a couple when they travel to a coastal island to sample a chef's lavish menu at an exclusive restaurant. The menu turns out to be a dark spectacle and RAW TERROR! OH MY!

Okay at first I'm like, "This is weird, but not that bad" and then I realize Anya Taylor Joy is in this @CaptainWacky are you going to watch this?
And then it gets really fucking wierd
and I'm like, "Hey I think this reminds me of a date I've been on"

And now I realize it came out in 2022. So like everything, I'm behind.

I think everyone is behind. Too many new cable and streaming shows, too little time due to job, sleep, and having a social life.

I watched it a couple of years ago and would have posted about it in whatever the "movies watched..." thread was at the time.

But I don't want to watch Cassandra, please don't make me.

A movie about a family who move into a house that was a "smart" house in the 70's
Only the opening scene is a car crash
and the robot
