Westworld

When are the conversations with Bernard and Delores meant to be happening when she is with the guy who looks like a young Leon Rippy, and has been for several days now?
 
It's possible Bernard took her out during the night and talked to her? Or she's just remembering their last conversation and we haven't seen it until now.
 
It does seem a little strange to only have one of each character, if people have paid 40 grand a day to come and fuck Delores, and she out wandering around with a guy who dosnt want to fuck her, that dosnt seem a good economic model.

Plus making a bunch of clothes in the right size for each person, most of which they will never wear?

Again to me all of these aspects point to a holodeck type situation, where even the room where the clothes are available is an illusion, where Delores can be taken for conversations as soon as the real people are asleep, and where even if you bump into another real human you might be able to kill them after all if they are just avatars, like a massive multiplayer game.

Of course that wouldnt explain they they left a bullet inside the girl from mission impossible 2.
 
They made a reference to "patching her up quick" during her last "death". She was already a victim of an infection during her first awakening inside the laboratory. So, their shoddy mantainence is to blame for the bullet. Perhaps that too, is part of the conspiracy.

Seeing that it provided tangible evidence to her "dreams". She was supposed to have been decommissioned a couple episodes back. Was she kept in the park in the hopes she would do what she's currently doing?
 
There's a theory going around that there are two time periods being shown. One featuring the man in black and a second 30 years in the past showing him as a young man, who we know as the white hat guy. Supposedly, Dolores and Thandie Newton's character are the only hosts who've been seen on screen with White Hat and the Man in Black, and it's also been established that they've been in operation for around 30 years.

So maybe the chats with Bernard are another time period.
 
I thought that theory was possible a few episodes ago but it would be really weird if all Dolores' scenes were taking place thirty years ago considering her being raped by the man in black seemed to be the start of her current journey. And in the latest episode we saw Ford taking her out of the game and talking to her and later talking to the man in black and he was the same age both times. UNLESS HE'S A ROBOT TOO LOL. I think the bird man is normal compared to some of the other people working there! I wonder how many guys fuck the dead robots.

Yeah, Delores is definitely in the now and 30 years ago. Maybe her Arnold programming is what is waking her up.
 
But also the asshole guy was talking about their company possibly trying to buy the park and that's going on in the present day too so that would suggest he's from the present day OKAY?

I watched it. (First episode I ever watched) It was kind of slow moving and muted for a show with Western action sequences.

I'll have to start from the beginning to get the real feel.
 
It's definitely a show you have to watch every episode of, in the right order!

I hate the asshole scriptwriter guy. I hope cute new girl fires him.

I'm kind of glad Dolores wasn't in it for once so we get a week off from the "two timelines!" articles.
 
Yeah, I was thinking are they ever gonna show us what she's doing? BUT Maeve's scenes were so good!
