What are your eating habits?

I dont spend money on my hair or nails, I don't get massages, I wear cheap clothes and I seldom to out to dinner. My car is paid off and I pay off my credit cards each month. What else am I gonna spend it on...besides retirement?

God I'm boring.

Eating healthier is less expensive in the long run. I no longer eat processed food. The last thing I will need to give up is sugar. I eat whole foods.

I eat whole foods too. Whole chickens, lamb, cows, pigs, ducks, goose, deer, etc.

I switched over to almond milk, it's easier on my stomach. I also try to avoid processed foods and now eat quinoa, free range chicken eggs and grass fed beef. My cholesterol levels thank me.

I gave up egg yolks and fried foods. Cholesterol levels are awesome now.

Have you tried PB2? Love that stuff and the stats on it are awesome.
I like reconstituted PB2 on Julian Bakery low carb high fiber bread with cheddar cheese melted on top for breakfast. Yummy, high protein, and all manner of good for me food!

Also like PB2 chocolate stirred in sugar free pudding for a tasty desert that has protein and lots of potassium for me!

wtf is pb2?

PB2 is peanut butter powder.

Check out the nutrition facts:

2 Tbsp: 45 calories
Calories from fat: 13
Saturated fat: 0 grams

compared to standard peanut butter
2 Tbsp: 190 calories
Calories from fat: 130
Saturated fat: 3 grams

Has better stats than Fifty-50 peanut butter, which is diabetic friendly.
And, it tastes a great deal better than Walden Farms peanut butter.

PB2 is one of the few products I endorse.

As mentioned above, I'll reconstitute the regular flavor and put it on bread and toast it with cheese. Yum.
Also, will mix the PB2 chocolate in sugar free pudding for extra flavor and protein. Also, Yum.
Mixes well in protein shakes too - also, Yum!

There are a ton of recipes on that site also. When it cools down, I'm going to try some of them.
