One does not keep cats. Cats show up on your doorstep and move in, allowing you to keep bits and pieces of your home for yourself.

Problem is they have to see you for what you are and you have to see them for what they are and everyone still has to be cool.

I don't always pass that scrutiny.

Conversely, because I know that, I'm pretty damn cool with whatever people are. There is very little I can't tolerate. Cruelty to animals is one thing. There are other things. Although I don't know if I'm comfortable enough with this platform to reveal what I will tolerate in others as it speaks to my own wickedness. I am deeply tolerant. Don't tell anybody though OK? I have this tough guy thing I keep up to weed out the riff raff.
 
That sounds very prejudicial, racist, and bigoted. Of course, it is okay to be very choosey about who we are sympathetic to as long as they fit into some underprivileged group.

I might be missing something here but 'Gear actually seems tolerant in an unpredjudicial, unracist, and un-bigotted way. You two seemed to be getting along nicely, and 'Gear seems to be on his way to fitting in here at TK, I'd really hate to see you to fighting again.

Have you read anything I've written without that gigantic chip on your shoulder obstructing your view?

Maybe you should blink, take a breath and lean out of the politically charged threads your involved in for just a second.

I'm about as non-prejudcial, tolerant and non-racist as it's possible to be. Simple as that.

If somebody read something I wrote and thinks otherwise - Either they didn't realize I was joking or lying or poking fun at someone for their unreasonable views or their own prejudices are getting in the way of their ability to accurately judge.
 
It's not easy to detect joke/irony in a post. Maybe you could make yourself a little clearer next time in order to avoid misunderstandings? A ;) smilie is generally helpful in such cases.

Sometimes I like to pepper my overall work with a little 'real' me. But not to much. Usually it's for the people who care to look like I like to think I do. I'm ok if that's a few.

I do like to have a good time and do a little trollin' from time to time tho'. Like Eloisel was doing just there -
 
maybe that's why you got misunderstood - hardly any TKer uses a any "real me", so one automatically assumes that things can't be just like they sound.
In my experience, the average TKer hides behind walls plastered with posters of trolls. If you gaze over these walls, the dangerous TK-troll usually turns out to be a IRL-mouse.
It takes a lot of caracter strength (or lazyness) to just be oneself.

I gotta say a few of these TK'ers have turned out to be very interesting genuine people (which now I'd like say I'm one. Not interesting but a TK'er). In the short time I've been around a couple of these folks have gone out of their way to interact with me in a meaningful way. Pretty cool of them. I appreciate it. It's not like board life was making this false-ass bullshit human experience any more genuine. But you know how it is. At some point you have to be 'real' with people if you want them to be real with you. Golden rule being what it is.

There are good people here. But I'm not going to mention any names in the event they're conducting deep trolls.
