And experience of the last 8 years has shown me that Washington needs an enema, the Republicans are the largest group of corrupt liars on the face of the planet, and the Democrats are quickly showing us that they're nothing more than a group of inbreed yes men. And frankly, I haven't seen anything to indicate that an independent is any better than the rest.

And that's the difference between us. I don't drink the party Kool-aid and toe the party line because I'm expected too. I'm not blinded by party rhetoric or trying to expound party virtues that clearly no longer exist within the parties themselves.

Oh, they did buy it in 04, btw. The Republicans were booted out of the senate and congress, remember? Didn't do a damn bit of good, but they got booted. And in 08, there will more than likely be a democrat back in the oval office. Again, won't do any good, because no matter who gets elected, the Bush administration has fucked this country and the American people so bad, it's going to take decades to recover. Not years. Whom ever gets elected, be it Democrat, Republican or Independent, they're pretty much fucked from the starting gate. And of course, if a Democrat gets it, we'll have years of investigations and claims of election theft by the Republicans anyway.

But again, its in the past. Clinton didn't get Osama. Yep, it was a mistake. But Bush has had 8 years to get him and failed. In fact, not only has he failed, he removed 90% of our assets from the search for Osama and sent them to Iraq to fight a war that didn't need to be fought right then and there.

But all the Republicans care about is deflecting the blame for Bush's current failures by placing blame on the Clinton administration.

Of course, you'll also never hear a Republican bitch about how unnecessary the current Iraq war is and how it all could have been avoided if only George's daddy had done the damn job the right way, the first time.
