You might want to be slightly concerned, especially if you have TOR or VPN software installed on your rig... both are grounds for a search warrant nowadays.

Any site that offers TOR, for example, has logs. Additionally, don't think for a second the NSA doesn't packet sniff those sites to see who is downloading the installer.

I’ve used it, it’s not quite the same as ms office but if you only need it for basic stuff then it is fine.

Open Office is better. It's 99% the same as MS Office.

Open Office and Libre Office are like some kind of horse race. One day one will be better and the next the other will (or it depends on who you ask). I switched to Libre Office a few years back. I find it slow and sometimes frustrating, but the price is right and I can mostly make it do what I want. Maybe I'll give Open Office another shot. I have a friend who swears by Google's online office software. I dunno.
