Words that are currently being over-used

CaptainWacky

I want to smell dark matter
Slop.
Glazed/glazing/glaze.

I cna' tthink of anymore but there are MANY.

I hate when people say "it's giving..." as in "it's giving autism" but not that a better example.

"lives rent free in my head" is another one. GET A NEW PHRASE.

I don't have anything better though

I actually heard a gal from the bakery use those exact words yesterday while chatting about Cinamon rolls. Mmmmmmm

Me too. Its the worst!

Also-people say "I felt a certain way" or "I'm sorry you are feeling a certain way"
I had to look it up, its from some song I've never heard.
But why can't people just say, "I felt angry" or jealous or fucking rage? I felt a certain way leaves me with more questions than answers.

The phrase "being perceived"
Tho, I admit I often do not like being perceived, I want to use a different phrase to just say I don't want to be noticed or started at. STOP LOOKING AT ME!

SLOP is definitely overused IN THE SUMMERTIME here in the US. since it's the food replacement that certain houseguests have to eat during the summer

I'm scared to watch that.

*edit*
Okay I clicked
Basically enhanced oatmeal

BUT NOT THE OTHER ALL TOO POPULAR: OVERNIGHT OATS! Even tho I eat it I'm tired of seeing it everywhere.

Have you ever had Chicken Junk?
Basically rice with cream of mushroom soup and chicken. Yum. Add fresh mushrooms and garlic to make it even better-and use something other than that crap soup in a can.
