Now explain to me dumbass, exactly how would yet another conflagration erupt from this psychotic slant's actions? You speak of a nation that cannot feed its army. The USA does that for them. If North Korea wishes to start a war, one need only sit back and embargo their entire country. They would surrender the next day. Count on it.
