Fantastic Beasts And Where To Find Them

For someone that nobody supposedly wants to work with anymore, Johnny Depp still gets lots of big movies doesn't he.
 
It is impossible for me to read this title without adding an "R" to the second word.

I'm never going to watch this movie (and probably not any of future movies) please lock the thread.



(Don't lock the thread really, I was just saying that for effect.)
 
I saw it the other day. I’m not a big Potter fan, so I probably missed a lot of fan service. It doesn’t really stand as a good movie on its own as it’s mostly set up for the rest of the series, but it’s not terrible.

I’ll be interested to see how things go in the next movie, as they seemed to be setting Dumbledore and Grindelwald up as a couple, but didn’t say for sure.
 
I watched that 30 minute breakdown and it was way more entertaining than the film. She’s right about everything.
 
You're supposed to "know" that Dumbledore and Grindelwald were lovers despite them not actually saying so in the movie because they're too cowardly to outright show a gay Dumbledore (BUT ROWLING TWEETED HE WAS GAY ALL ALONG SO ITS TRUE.)
 
I thought it was obvious from the gay porno version: "Hairy Pooter & the Sorceror's Bone."
 
They only want someone who is pretend scary.
 
Won’t make much of an impact to change the actor for the next one. What’s one more random, “because magic” event in those movies.
 
I'm kind of amazed they're still making them at all.
 
I never watched the second one but I guess there's a third one.
