Ahsoka

I have tried with this show, but I honestly don't have any urge to watch after episode 6. I will, but it's never a good sign when watching something feels more like a chore than a pleasure. It has not done well at holding my attention.

Fan of the OT and PT, liked The Clone Wars, liked the first couple of Mando seasons. It's not like it's going over my head. Hmm.

I'm no good at remberering names, so I'll just say it felt like they forgot the orange lightsaber people were there, and their scenes seemed tacked on.

The zombie stuff was good, and it was nice seeing Chopper sniff out Ezra.

I guess last second force ghost is how you end a star wars show lately.

What an exciting penultimate episode that was! I wonder what Thrawn will do now he's back in the main galaxy! I wonder what Baylan will do when he reaches wherever it is he's going - I can't wait to find out what that is!! Looking forward to next week's finale!!!!

There was so much action in the show yet most of it felt so flat? Like it probably set a world record for most lightsaber fights in one thing but none of them popped off the screen. Maybe it's the limits of shooting in The Volume in which case maybe they should stop doing that?

Why are we supposed to be happy at the end? Ezra got home but the main character is trapped with crab people in another galaxy and there's witches and zombies and a blue guy in our galaxy now. That seems worse than when we started!

They MIGHT resolve whatever Baylan's story is but considering we still don't know what he's trying to do that would have to take up most of the finale.

Or they might just have him in one ten second scene that manages to steal like three shots from The Lord Of The Rings movies. And vaguely references another cartoon from fifteen years ago without actually answering anything.

And Shin is now Nebula when she was the leader of the Ravagers in Guardians 2 I guess.

Why did they have Zeb in a random episode of Mandalorian/Boba Fett/Obi-Wan (could have been any of them) if he wasn't going to be in this.

That was a damn boring season of television.

Though, the finale does set a new benchmark for trooper ineffectualness. Rain fire? Lol. Still can't hit a shitty CGI donkey though. Or hit a ship at point blank range. Oh, and how respectful of the troopers to stand in a circle and dutifully watch the fight between Morgan and Ahsoka, when only moments ago they were trying to kill her. It would be unthinkable to shoot a Jedi in the back - right?

The trouble with the lightsaber fights is it never looks like they are trying to kill their opponent, just constantly aiming for their blade, instead of literally anywhere else, until the fight is due to be over then they remember to aim for the body.
