The must-see fights of the weekend
The fight receiving most of attention this weekend is the battle between YouTubers KSI and Logan Paul at Staples Center in Los Angeles. In August 2018, the two social media mavens met at Manchester Arena in England and fought to a six-round majority draw.

WBO junior lightweight world titlist Jamel "Semper Fi" Herring (20-2, 10 KOs), who won his belt by outboxing Masayuki Ito on May 25, makes his first defense of that title against the undefeated Lamont Roach Jr. (19-0-1, 7 KOs).

Haney (23-0, 15 KOs) will defend his lightweight world title for the first time against an unknown and untested Alfredo Santiago (12-0, 4 KOs) as part of the KSI-Paul card.

Billy Joe Saunders (23-0, 15 KOs), who is now the defending WBO super middleweight titlist, will face Marcelo Coceres (28-0, 13 KOs) in his first bout on American soil as the co-feature to Saturday night's spectacle in Los Angeles.

LSU went into Alabama and made a major statement, taking down the Crimson Tide for the first time since 2011 to take control of the SEC West race. The way Joe Burrow and Tua Tagovailoa traded touchdown drives in the fourth quarter made this one an instant classic, but it also proved this is indeed a new era of LSU football. The Tigers (9-0, 5-0 Southeastern Conference) are no longer second fiddle in the SEC West, or maybe in the playoff rankings. And Burrow stamped himself as the Heisman Trophy front-runner with a gutty performance when he answered every challenge from `Bama.

The Crimson Tide (8-1, 5-1) rallied from a 33-13 halftime deficit to three times to pull within a touchdown in the fourth quarter. It seemingly kept going from game seemingly over to game on. Tagovailoa, 20 days removed from ankle surgery, was 21 of 40 for 418 yards and four touchdowns with an interception and a fumble. He was called a "game-time decision" all week, looked shaky early and appeared to be limping after the game, but he kept Alabama in it.

No,2 (No.1 in AP) LSU (46) - No.3 (No,2 in AP) Alabama (41)

Kentucky, Duke move up to top spots in AP poll
It marks the first time the Wildcats (2-0) have reached No. 1 since spending two weeks there early in the 2016-17 season. Duke climbed two spots to No. 2 after winning a top-4 matchup against Kansas at the Classic. The Spartans were No. 1 in the AP preseason poll for the first time in program history entering the Kentucky game but fell to third, followed by Louisville, which claimed the remaining first-place vote and Kansas.

No. 1 Kentucky stunned at home by unranked Evansville.....
Top 25 NCAAM Basketball Scoreboard

In one of the biggest upsets in recent college basketball history, Evansville beat No. 1 Kentucky 67-64 on Tuesday night in Lexington, marking the program's first victory over a No. 1-ranked team. Evansville's Sam Cunliffe, a transfer who had previously played at Arizona State and Kansas, hit a pair of free throws with 6.8 seconds remaining to seal the win. Wildcats guard Tyrese Maxy missed a 3-pointer at the buzzer. Evansville (2-0) also became the fourth team to secure its first road win against an AP-ranked squad that was the top team in America in the poll. The Purple Aces had been picked to finish eighth in the Missouri Valley Conference's preseason poll following last season's 11-21 record and 5-13 finish in conference play in coach Walter McCarty's first season. Cunliffe finished with 17 points, and K.J Riley had 18 points for Evansville, which led much of the game despite shooting just 38.3% from the field.

Last week, Kentucky defeated then-No. 1 Michigan State in the Champions Classic. On Tuesday night, the Wildcats suffered a home loss to a Missouri Valley Conference team that wasn't picked to finish in the top half of its league. It's the first time in the AP poll era that two No. 1 teams have lost in November. Kentucky had won 52 consecutive games against unranked opponents at home. Kentucky (2-1) was the first No. 1 team in the Associated Press poll to lose to a team that had 11 or fewer wins in the previous season since Stanford during the 2003-04 season, according to ESPN Stats & Information
