Okay, I've been reading the IMDB board out of boredom too...

The thing about Marco that bugs me is that, in every other soap opera on TV, his character is the exact same as the one used in every Abusive Boyfriend storyline, yet in Neighbours they have him act like he's one comment away from smacking Carmella around, but never does.

Come on, surely I can't be alone in thinking this?

As far as I can tell from today's episode, Steve appears to have been raped in prison, and is now being stalked by his cellmate/boyfriend.

I know they'll ruin it in the next few episodes, but this is the closest I've been to being interested in any Parker storyline ever.

I thought that too, after Steve said they were "standing over him."

And I thought he said something like "they wanted to go down on me", but I probably imagined that. Still, the red marks he had were pathetically lame. It looked like he'd been scratching a little too hard.

As for Marco, I don't really get why there's so much hate for him on there. Considering everything he has to put up with (Carmella having OCD, looking after her ex-boyfriend's son, not being able to have kids, having a dad who fakes heart attacks, curly unmanageable hair) he has every right to be a bit grouchy.

Also, people on there keep referring to the "autism twins" and I can't tell if they mean Ben and Mickey, or if there are actually autistic twins in Australian episodes.
