but seriously, before this important point gets lost in the fray, let me reiterate what HF has said in his previous post regarding why he could not use the password recovery feature at EI:
To use the EI password recovery feature, one must remember the password to the email account which was used to register the EI account. HF said he had not used that email in so long that hotmail disabled it, as we all know hotmail does this all the time. It used to only take 3 months of inactivity to lose your email access. It happened to me several times. I don't know how long they give you now but it can't be more than six months.
