I dont make appointments where I do either. They are quick. Almost always between 15-20 minutes regardless of how busy they are.

They did once break my oil dip-stick and tried to tell me it was like that when they popped the hood. :gagh: I had to get a replacement at a junkyard, but they gave me two free visit coupons. If they didnt break it, whyd they reimburse me? Admittance of guilt.

Damn. I wish this place was that quick. And get this, they're supposed to vacuum out the floorboards as part of the service, and they only did the driver's side. After having it for an hour and a half.
