I have no idea what we're having for dinner. I found a fab cab for cheap so we're going to try that with whatever we make. Gotta go do the dishes first :D
 
I had Banana Cream Pie Yogurt - Carbsmart brand - low in carbs, with enough protein - and sugar free chocolate pudding. It is too hot to cook at the moment and I haven't decided if I'm going to go back out this evening or if I'm going to stay in.

All I know is it is a three day weekend. Hoorah, hoorah, hoorah - etc.
 
And, high protein cereal - straight out of the box. Love the crunchy sweetness.

Had Chocolate ice cream with bits of Milky Way bars in it for dessert.

And ended up having french toast and sausage instead of pancakes.
 
My husband and I went to Joe's. The waiter here knows I have a special diet. so I tell him what I am in the mood for and he fixes it for me.

Tonight was Salmon, spinach and 3 scallops with a little garlic butter sauce.
that was awesome.
 
Ok - kiddo. I'm up. Read all your messages on my phone and FB. I need to eat, shower, and head your way if you still want to go. I was going to work out in the back mini-forest today but I can put that off until Monday.
 
Ok kiddo - respond. Call me. FB me. Post here or something. Did you pass out? I'm not driving all the way over there to find out you are sleeping and don't want to go now.

No. Her husband was off today and decided he would come with us on this long drive. Not long after I posted asking if she was sleeping, they showed up at my house. We went out to Possum Kingdom and then to visit a friend in Cisco. We just got back a little bit ago. I'm about to go to bed as I have to get up early in the morning and head over to kiddo's house to pick her up as she still can't drive, then we're going to the orphanage to help out on a project there. Homecoming is in a few weeks and there are things to do before then. You know how it goes. Always something.
