Oh, and maybe I missed something, but I wasn't quite clear how he helped Libby get pregnant. Did he actually donate his sperm or something or am I reading too much into it...
 
OH, well he used Master's frozen sperm that they still had from her previous treatments, and he did the treatments on her secretly. At first I thought he was going to use his own, too, but they mentioned the sperm at some point.
 
OH, I probably forgot about the frozen sperm because I didn't watch all the episodes at once and they didn't really say what he'd done at the time. I hope Libby is still in season two even though he left her the bastard.
 
Yeah, there are at least 3 things on tonight at 10 that I want to watch :rwmad: At least this one and The Leftovers are repeated a bunch during the week. I'll probably watch The Strain tonight, because I don't know if FX will repeat it a bunch of times... they probably will since it's new, but just to be sure I will watch it. I have decided I can't stand to watch another season of Falling Skies, so that one is marked off my Sunday night line up!
 
I liked the new episode though in MANY WAYS it felt like kind of a rehash of the first season? If that makes sense. I hope some stuff goes in a different direction is what I mean.

Lizzy Caplan is nice.
 
Yeah, it did seem like a bit of a rehash. Maybe they wanted to remind everyone where the story is. Very little time has passed since Masters showed up on Virginia's doorstep in the rain, but I'm not sure how much time, maybe two or three weeks? Oh, didn't Libby take the baby in for a 3 week checkup? I like how they did the flashbacks from both perspectives.

That new guy from Memorial Hospital was the saxophone man from AHS!

All of Barton's scenes were pretty heartbreaking.
 
The part where the doctor was having an orgasm while Lizzy described how the camera dildo worked was a bit over the top, maybe?

I felt sad that Libby was kind of nasty to the maid because I love Libby but I guess that's how people were back then!
 
I guess Libby is taking her frustration with Bill out on the nanny, or something. He's really terrible to her, I don't understand it. He's good with patients, terrible with secretaries and wives.

Yeah, the orgasm doctor was a bit silly, but people were much more sexually repressed then, even though it really wasn't that long ago. Memorial hospital guy (saxophone man from AHS) was really interested in the vagina sweat too.

I FORGOT TO SAY the latest episode was good and Michael Sheen and Lizzy Caplan did good acting. That boxing match was really long.
 
Yeah, they were really good, but it was kind of hard to watch at times. I didn't like the stuff with the baby :( I know that sort of thing happened and probably still does. The dad was such an asshole.

ALSO, I think Sarah Silverman will be in the next one!

The hotel scene was hot. Well, Lizzy Caplan was anyway.

But I think I kind of miss some of the characters from season one?
 
Libby is a RACIST! I guess most suburban white people were then, they still are. She is being really bitchy, anyway. I wonder what the real Libby was like.

I love Dr DePaul, and wish the show had more time to spend on her and Virginia's friendship. ALTHOUGH, there was no Dr DePaul in the real Virginia Johnson's life, and I'm not really sure why they created her for the show. I like her anyway. She's so stuffy on the outside.
 
The Libby scenes are getting seriously weird. Has she been driven mad by JUNGLE FEVER now? The Gini/DePaul scenes were sad. Sarah Silverman's breasts weren't sad.
