Mine Field Celebrity Deathday Thread

Phil Donahue. When the Christine Spar Grendel came out, the Donahue Show is mentioned in the first issue (set in a future with flying cars), so once in awhile I check to see if he's still alive. But no more. Surprised to learn he was married to Marlo Thomas, Danny Thomas' daughter and current spokesperson for St. Jude Children's Cancer Research Center.

John Ashton, actor, and forced to play Taggett in Beverly hills cop until literally the year he died.

Wasn't really a fan but he was in our homes every day in Scotland for many years. And I don't mean on tv, I mean literally!!!
 
Liam Payne from One Direction died after exiting a hotel from the 3rd floor below and landing on an interior patio of the hotel.
 
My only experience with One Direction is that I recall working stage crew for that show when they were in Seattle. I was working the load out, so you show up 1/2 hour before the show gets out. Its the only show I had worked on where they had pictures of the band members posted all around because they just looked like any guys. There were so many screaming girls. After the crowd cleared out there were barbie dolls all over that had phone #'s written on them. So strange, and bras and panties everywhere.

I liked that One Direction song "That's What Makes You Beautiful" and The Warp Zone parody of their song "One Thing" called "One Ring".
