Sleepy Hollow

I hope the shark isn't jumped! The haunted house thing was stupid. Every show I have ever loved has had terrible episodes, so hopefully this is just one of those things.
 
I have some QUESTIONS/COMMENTS now that it's finished for the year (haunted house one was the last episode here.)

1) In the first episode there was a PRIEST GUY who was alive in Ichabod's time and then still alive in the present day and looking the same. Then the Horseman killed him. Why wasn't Ichabod more interested in this guy? We never found out how he stayed alive or much about him. I don't think he was mentioned after the first episode?

2) In the first couple of episodes the police captain seemed to KNOW MORE THAN HE WAS LETTING ON and looked SHIFTY at times. I remember some scene with him hiding files or something? But it turned out he didn't really know anyything and now we have a subplot with his family I'm not interested in? This isn't a question.

3) I'm a bit confused about Katrina's backstory and the timeline of it. She was a quaker nurse(?) when she first met Ichabod but then she became engaged to Ichabod's best friend (did he introduce them?) and wore nice dresses instead of quaker clothes? Maybe I'm just confused about quakers.

GOOD TV SHOW.
 
We got one more episode than you before the break. THEY''RE CHEATING YOU.

1) The priest guy was part of the coven, I think. I'm pretty sure that was mentioned at some point, but only briefly... or was he a Freemason? Being a Freemason wouldn't explain why he lived so long, so I'm think he was a witch.

2) Captain Irving is a bit confusing. I think they just wanted him to be mysterious so we'd wonder if he was a good guy or a bad guy. His family subplot becomes a bit more interesting in the last episode.

3) YES I totally agree about Katrina! They keep making her story confusing. WTF
 
Oh, I was also a bit confused about Abby's sister too. I assumed she'd been in institutions since childhood, but it turned out she lived in a cabin with Clancy Brown and went around the world finding mystical relics for him? I should just pay more attention!
 
I KNOW! I think that she has been in and out of the institution, instead of in there her whole life. Which doesn't make a lot of sense, really. I mean they don't just throw a person into an institution every time they commit a crime. If she was arrested for things over the years they would have put her in a normal jail, unless they thought she was too psycho for normal jail, and she doesn't seem to be too psycho for anything.

The season premiere was really good! When is this going to be on your tv?

Headless horseman has a hot body, lol. Benjamin Franklin NOT SO MUCH.
 
The Michelle Trachtenberg episode happened and there wasn't enough Michelle in it, IMO.
