Stargate Universe

The stuff on the planet was much more interesting than the visions. I mean at first I thought it might take some surreal turn, but it was just long meandering "I'm getting married tomorrow!" stuff with some vague "is this real?!" thrown in. I did appreciate the way it cut between the wedding and the blood transfussion but it took a long time to get there.

One good thing about the vision though: Chloe looked really really hot.

I did like that she was a Hooter's Girl in the dream.

Why wasn't Wray in the dream? Too boring for Scott's mind to remember?

So, I have not watched any of the new episodes yet. Tell me...have they done away with the ghey montages and the constant body swapping sez?

Which one is Wray?

I'm surprised they didnt have the guy from heroes as "man wanting to pick a fight"

I really wanting to know where they're going with Rush's deception. I mean, it's just too much that he isn't around every single time the ship drops out of FTL. HOPEFULLY Young got all the whiny out of his system now.

Young buys a clue and figures out Rush's deception in the next episode(according to spoilers on Syfy.com)

THIS WEEKS'S

was really good, I thought. The actiony bits should please a lot of people and as usual, the intrigue with Rush was good. They even did something to save Young, though I still don't think he should be in command.

:rwmad:

Sometimes the crisis of the week shit gets on my nerves.. I liked this episode, though. BUT based on the previews for next week, MY NERVES WILL BE GOT ON.

I liked the episode tonight, more than I have in a while.

With Young not killing Rush, and then later Rush saving Young, I think they may have entered a new and more mature stage in their relationship.

Having evil guy wander the ship without his escort stretches credibility a little, what happened to his escort?

I mean I know the guy was a none speaking extra, but when your one job is to watch teh guy, surely he should be doing it?

Yeah, that annoyed me a BIT. I knew he was going to do something evil as soon as he found out whatshername had switched with Rush's squeeze.

It was the best episode this season. The Rush/Young scenes were good. And Destiny's mission is really quite interesting (if Rush was telling the BLOODY TRUTH.) The space jump bit was cool.

But then that fucking ending. They managed to cast a really likable redhaired girl who everyone seems to like more than the regular girls. NOT ONLY THAT but Doctor Perry is quite an interesting character too and also hot. So what are they doing? KILLING THEM BOTH AT ONCE?

FUCK THAt. :rwmad:

If they kill Reds body, will the other girl at the other end die too, or will Reds concious be trapped in the cripples body forever?

If so, she could always use the stones and come back over as someone else, we'll see if Eli is too bothered about using someone elses body then.

They addressed that issue in the first season, but I don't remember all the specifics. Telford was on board with a group of officers and when it looked like the ship was about to explode, so they all ran back to the stones because they would have been killed if the bodies they were in were destroyed. Not sure what would happen to body or consciousness back on Earth.

WITHOUT MENTIONING ANY SPOILERS, cuz I know y'all are a week behind... I will just say that the next episode you guys will see answers those questions, and ALSO is another really good episode. I was expecting it to irk me, but it was interesting and had a lot of action.

AND, maybe Chloe is on her way to being interesting herself!
