You've also posted the city and state you live in and many other details *I* have noticed. If motivated enough, I could hunt you down. NAP, on the other hand, hasn't known you as long as I do.

Also, I made the mistake of posting some photos of myself using a photobucket account which contained my last name. That's how NAPpy boy found me. With that and a general location, he paid a private investigator to find more info on me. I screwed up and he took advantage of it.

For those of you who are gonna go look for those photos, they're gone and the url's been erased. ;) Which, by the way, I'll do for ANYONE if they ask me to.

Care to elaborate? Because I know of dozens of examples where other, larger boards have banned members for far less. They're still thriving. I also know of several examples of other boards where admins have banned people for trying to out their info. Even at this site - if you really want me to - I can go back and find instances where admins have banned people for just mentioning something mildly personal. I may have committed a sin by preemptively banning NAP, but in the grand scheme of things, it doesn't really matter.

Also, I say again, if NAP had done this to anyone else BUT me and I did the banning, nobody would bat an eyelash.

Oh, for the record, Lawrence Connor has been doing some nasty shit with Menty's info lately, and he's totally permabanned: IP, accounts, alts, and all. Are you gonna call for Menty's head for protecting himself, too? The only difference is that his staff is the one doing the banning, not him.

Fun fact: I was once banned here for a fairly frivolous offense. One not NEARLY as grievous as PI trolling a mod or admin. In order to return mm made me apologize and promise to never do what I did again. I did. Y'don't hear me bitching about it.
 
The problem with the situation with Blackfoot is this: it's not, as you present, just some fellas having a little fun and just goofing around and hey boys will be boys bla bla then Blackfoot went nuts and PI hunted you down. What I remember was a concentrated, sustained attack using all sorts of reprehensible tactics including racial slurs, admin panel abuse and total disregard for any kind of fair treatment for the guy. You were bullies, and when he lashed out and caught you a couple good return shots you nursed a butthurt grudge that's lasted two years now. You're conducting a vendetta against a dude that wasn't even here until a couple months ago.

And yeah I heard all your attempts to justify using the word "nigger" bla bla. We've been over it before. But it's all horseshit. You said some stuff that would have gotten you KTFO in a great many neighborhoods. Hell I'd have swung on you for less. So maybe you should throw an apology back his way for being such a prick, THEN look for his extended hand and you can bury this and move on. You coming back to TK is not a bad thing. You coming back to restart a feud that died with your departure isn't.

I may have had some terrible things to say, but on this site, you should believe NOTHING people say while they're trolling others. The point of my bullying was to attempt to chase him off the board. At the time, he was playing a game that a lot of people here have done over the years: Everything But. He was pushing the boundaries of our rules system by bending the rules as far as he could without breaking them. He'd halfway flood a forum with his bullshit. Switched to multiple accounts to flood some more. Attacked various members using some pretty despicable shit, himself. Lastly, he danced around the admins saying "na na na na you can't ban me!" while he was doing it. A few of us (meaning members, not staff) got tired of it and decided it was time for him to leave. I'm not the only one who was involved. You kept using plural pronouns, which implies more than me, so I'm assuming you know that fact.

BUT if you want to talk about staff fuckery... the cpanel shit you were talking about, which (if I remember correctly) was the changing of his av, was done by Sarek, not me. Wasn't he also pulling some sort of saintlucifer thing, where he was using a particular font/color/etc? IIRC, Gagh was the one who messed with that. The only time I messed with his accounts was to finally ban him for posting my info. Oh... no... that's right. I broke one cardinal rule here: I outed all of his duals/alts/socks/whatever.

If you want to call this feud 'personal' where I'm the only one responsible, you should know all the facts involved. I wasn't the only one fucking with the guy. It was a pretty big swath of posters and staff who tortured him: jack, myself, BDM, LG, YOU Dono, Sarek, Gagh, Dual, FBI pt2, the list goes on...

Man, this list of people who were trolling NAP just keeps getting bigger and BIGGER.

That's because I'm only stating my opinion. No ambiguity about it. Based on what you've written, I don't think you ought to be allowed to moderate this board.

I don't feel in the least obligated to to discuss my reasoning with you and I have no interest in arguing points with you because I think it would be a waste of time.
