The Flash season 3

Well he did run back in time to save Central City a couple times, and it turned out ok. But, other than that, yeah he's been pretty shitty. I still don't understand the whole time replicant thing or whatever the hell it's called.
 
I'm finally caught up!

Each Barry is more emo than the last Barry. I'm glad they finally had an episode with some humor in it, it was beginning to get too dreary to watch. They left us with a glimmer of hope for Killer Caitlin.

WTF is up with Sharky?
 
Most of this season has been stupid, imo! I haven't seen the latest episode yet, but the one before that (Barry losing his memory) was the only good one I can remember.
 
The parts where Barry checked his skin colour after Wally said he was his brother and HR only having Voyager on his world were genuinely funny and the kind of stuff they used to do all the time in season one (when it was good.)

It will be interesting to see who he casts to surround Black Lightning.
 
I've seen people saying "IT WAS OBVIOUSLY HR USING THE HOLOGRAM THING DISGUISED AS IRIS" but how would that work? Savitar captured Iris, how could HR manage to take her place? Another theory is that it's Earth-2 Iris but why would she agree to die in our Iris's place? But if Iris ISN'T dead surely Savitar would remember finding out she's still alive and therefore never be created?
 
They'll explain it all with MAGIC somehow. I guess Barry using the hologram thingy was a clue that it's someone else dead and HR being all sad about telling emo Barry where Iris was is also a clue.
 
Turns out it was H.R.-disguised-as-Iris, after all. Maybe the swap happened earlier than anyone suspected, so it was actually H.R. that got captured by Savitar the whole time.

But I have to say, I'm really gettin' weary of how this show goes. I can even sorta see why Barry ended up so damn emo -- the kid finally beats the Big Bad, and he literally gets to be happy for all of, what, a minute and a half? About a minute and a half, and then here comes Some More Shit to fuck with him. Jesus. Poor fucker can't even have a full two minutes to be happy. And it's like his whole life has gone like that. The longest he ever had any damn peace was the nine months he spent in a coma. No wonder he ended up all fucked up in the head.
 
LOL the finale was so bad.

HR makes a five minute speech before dying. In all that time Barry doesn't even consider rushing him to the hospital to save his life. YOU HAVE SUPER SPEED, BARRY!

They make a huge deal about how being nice to Savitar will save the day and even try to convince Tracey to help him. Then Savitar just turns evil again anyway and that's all forgotten.

Savitar remembers stuff that happened AFTER Iris was saved, even though he wouldn't exist in that timeline? What...I...never mind.

What was the point of Julian's character after the first few episodes of the season? He just stood about saying "mate!" for the last eight episodes or so. And what was the point of Savitar giving powers to people from Flashpoint?

Remember how when Savitar lost his memories it meant Wally lost his powers, because Savitar was the source of Wally's power? But now Savitar is erased from time...and Wally still has his powers.

Caitlin luckily randomly decides to turn good again (because it's the finale) when Cisco's life is in danger...even though she tried to murder him earlier in the episode.

The speed force prison only exists because they needed to trap Savitar in it. Savitar is erased from history so it should be too. But instead if now needs a prisoner or the world ends?

How many millions of people died in that "speed storm" at the end while Barry was very slowly saying goodbye to everyone (except Wally who nobody cares about)?

AND YET I'LL STILL WATCH THE NEXT FUCKING SEASON.

Whats going to happen next year?

Barry gets out of the speed force, they get married, but they have to sacrifice their first born child because hes going to grow up to be space Hitler?
