The Flash season 3

I'm looking forward to seeing what happens next episode. But, between the lack of logic, and science used in this show, and the Legends it's starting to be a headache. Soooo many inconsistencies it's getting to be too much. If I even try to go back, and think of them all I'll go cross eyed. These shows are written like bad DC comics from the 70's. I think Flash, Arrow, and the Legends need a major writing overhaul next season if they want to survive. I know they're shows about completely ridiculous, and Impossible scenarios, but that don't just throw all logic, and consistency out the Damn window. Supergirl is a bit dull at times, but it doesn't go completely off the rails, and ignore obvious glaring inconsistencies on the regular like the other 3 do.

I'm still entertained by them, but Arrow has gotten quite dull, and The Season finale of the Legends was so buffonish i felt dumb for watching it. I may give up on it if it comes back for another season. That, or catch it on Netflix somewhere down the road.
The Flash has been disappointing this year as well. Good ideas, terrible execution.

I hate to keep on about it, but when Marvel shows us what can be done it just breaks my nerd heart that DC's/Warner Bros. Tv and Movie output just falls so far behind in comparison. I know Marvel has the power of the iPhone, ABC networks and Mickey Mouse to back them, but DC is owned by a pretty big fucking corporation its Damn self. They're capable of so much more, and it's like they've learned NOTHING from the competition.
Hell, DC, steal a page from their book. STEAL THE WHOLE FUCKING BOOK. People love the superhero movie, and TV shows. Makes some good ones before the love affair ends, or wanes a little bit.

Now that I've ranted about that again.... I predict when Barry gets to the future he'll learn Savitar was Julian because the new friend is always the Damn bad guy, and he'll save the day in the season finale in some way that'll make no fucking sense in any way whatsoever. And I'm such a TV superhero fan I still want to see happens despite my pissing, and moaning.

Yay CW!

I dont know why he had to drown the guards who obviously couldn't hurt him, other than to say, ooo evil.

Hate to see people drowning in tv and movies.

For some reason I don't mind Legends being silly and making no sense, becaue at least it's fun. It probably helps that its first season was pretty bad and this one is much better. Wheras with The Flash its first season was really good and it's gotten progressively worse and they've ruined the characters by turning them into idiots for the sake of the plot. At least in Legends you get goofy fun like Mick saying stuff like "I'm looking for the Hobbit guy."

If the writing is as bad as you say, I predict Savitar will turn out to be Jay Garrick.

Forcing myself to watch the musical episode :rwmad:

BARRY IS TAP DANCING!

Saved by a kiss!

Iris accepts Barry's proposal even though nothing has changed except that he sang a song?

She's a woman and, therefore, an idiot.

Hey, don't get mad at me, I didn't write the fucking episode. (I would have had Barry cover Primus's "Tommy The Cat". "SAY BEBBEH DO YA WANNA LAY DOWN WITH MEH? SAY BEBBEH DO YA WANNA LAY DOWN MY MAH SIDE, A-BEBBEH DO YA WANNA LAY DOWN WITH MEH? SAY BEBBEH? SAY BEBBEH?!")

The fact that Present Barry didn't make fun of Future Barry's terrible emo hair shows how joyless the show has become.

Why does he look in Top's eyes every fucking time.

The costume of future Barry was the highlight of that episode.

If you disliked that episode I have a feeling you won't like the next one either. I'm still not sure how to take it myself.

I really hope they don't think they surprised anyone with Savitar's identity. Because, really, there were only two people it could have been, the whole time. "Well, it could'a been Wally!" No it couldn't have. Savitar wouldn't trap himself, that'd be dumber than even a CW show would indulge in.

Still, bootstrap paradox. Hoo-ray. I mean, a double bootstrap paradox makes more sense, but... you made yourself evil so that you could make yourself evil? WTF? And wouldn't not wanting to make yourself evil be a perfectly solid way to beat your evil self?

"Say, now I know who it is, I'll just not become that guy." How/why wouldn't that be enough?
